5. 企业概况(Company Introduction) 公司的铸件质量贯彻国际先进水平的标准，铸件尺寸和形位公差按照美国精密铸造协会ICI 标准或德国熔模铸造件尺寸公差（标准号：VDGP690）；铸件材料可以按照中国国家标准GB，美国ICI，ASTM，德国DIN，日本JIS等铸造材料生产，目前已开发生产材质30多种。 公司技术力量雄厚，员工整体素质较高，倡导以人为本，讲求科学管理。公司现有员工共120余人，其中管理层铸造本科生6人，机加工本科生2人，3名最高层管理人员均从事本行业20多年，具备丰富的技术和管理经验。 About the quality of casting, we implementation of the international advanced level of standards, for dimension tolerance and geometric tolerance, casting in accordance with the standard of precision casting society of the United States (ICI) ,or standard of German investment casting tolerance(Standard No.VDG P690):casting material standard may be China National Standard GB,US standard ICI,ASTM ,Germany Standard DIN, Japan Standard JIS and so on. We have developed and processed more than 30 kinds of materials till today. OLYM is strong in technology with high overall quality staff, we promote people-centered, scientific management. Now we have total 120 employees, include 6 casting undergraduates and 2 maching undergraduate in the layer of management,3 top leaders have all engaged in foundry for over 20 years and have a wealth of technical and management experience .
