Proactive Network Performance Analysis Service (PNPA) A service designed to analyze the performance of an operational Alcatel-Lucent Wireless network and provide specific recommendations for improvement on issues uncovered during an analysis period. • What we deliver: • Analysis Package which consists of a Word Document and Supporting Data. • Description of Problem. • Severity of the issue identified. • Recommendations & Solutions. • Suggested Customer group to work the issue. . Provides an independent evaluation of the Network performance to help Service Providers fine tune their network and free up dedicated resources.
