20 Awards annually Valued at up to $63,500 each. Australian postgraduate (Masters/PhD) students funded to study or conduct research in Asia for up to one year full time Strongly encouraged to undertake an internship in Asia for between two months and one year Prime Minister’s Australia Asia Outgoing Postgraduate Awards

“When I saw this opportunity to further my doctoral research I jumped at it, I thought it would be brilliant.” Philippa Brant undertook postdoctoral research at the International Poverty Reduction Centre (IPRCC) in China. Patrick Mayoh is majoring in Chinese, Asian Politics and International Law. His Award focus is on development and international relations at Peking University.
