3 Types of Business organizations • Business franchise: An organization in which a parent company (franchiser) grants to an independent business owner (franchisee) the exclusive right to use its trade name and sell its product
3 Types of Business organizations • Cooperative: An organization that is owned and operated by a group of individuals for their shared benefit
3 Types of Business organizations • Nonprofit organization: An organization that functions like a business but does not operate to make a profit.
