Spring 2012 To-Do • Revisit and articulate the challenges facing the district in order to replace the Core Principles with more specific and therefore more effective institutional goals • Prepare an addendum to the San Luis Obispo County Community College District, Cuesta College Educational Master Plan 2011-2016 that would describe those challenges and the rationale for the institutional goals • Evaluate the 2010 Integrated Planning Model to ensure that all components of that model meet accreditation standards
Spring 2012 To-Do • Add planning components as needed to ensure that the district’s planning processes included a complete cycle of evaluation, integrated planning, resource allocation, implementation, and re-evaluation • Revise the integrated planning model to explain more clearly the links among the planning processes • Craft clear definitions of all planning processes and terms and collect those definitions in a single document
