Project Goals • This project was successful because it: • WAS IMPLEMENTED • Included practical recommendations that can be implemented in a short time frame • Included visionary recommendations that may take longer to implement, but are worth the effort • Was inclusive – Involve stakeholders and neighbors and ensure public participation • Incorporated previous planning efforts • Strengthened and expanded partnerships • Addressed the most pressing needs • Did not transfer problems to other areas
