Developments of the Product • LEDs Platform with LEDs from red to blue Water – temperature level [6]
Component Purchase • We chose all of our components from local distributors • Total cost is around 100 TL
Business Plan • Faucet market is formed by 2 products; Regular Faucets and Electronic Faucets. • Regular Faucets: low-priced, not hygienic, mostly personal usage • Electronic Faucets: high-priced, hygienic, mostly public usage
Business Plan • Target Market: • Shopping malls, restaurants, cinemas are crowded places • Distributers and retailers
Business Plan • Totally new and better product for the same cost • An electronic faucet can cost between 300TL to 600 TL and goes up to even 1000TL [2] • Our cost : ~400 TL • In addition to regular electronic faucets, we offer temperature control with %100 touch-less usage for the same price
Business Plan • In 5 years: We aim %30 of the electronic sensor market faucet Lower the cost producing our own faucet body Maximize the performance and minimize water consumption Better looking design for the faucet body
