  2. Question 1 I think of a number and add 8. I double the answer to get 30. What was my number? I think of a number and multiply by 6. I subtract 12 to get 18. What was my number?

  6. Question 5 I think of a number and square it. I multiply by 3 to get 108. What was my number? I think of a number and subtract 6. I then square to get 121. What was my number?

  7. Question 6 I am thinking of two numbers. Their sum is 12. Their product is 32. What are my two Numbers?

  18. Consolidation • Write a mini quiz using the following criteria: • Use all sections of the algebra 1 chapter including application questions • Include around 10 questions • Write you name at the top hand right corner
