  2. I am replete. I am stuffed. I am full. I just had lunch. Lunch is one of the three main meals of the day. Lunch is eaten at lunchtime, around the middle of the day. The first meal of the day is breakfast. Breakfast is eaten in the morning. Dinner is eaten at the end of the day, at dinnertime. Supper is eaten at suppertime, between dinner and before you go to bed. I usually have three meals a day. For breakfast I usually have a glass of milk.

  3. Today I had a one-course lunch. Some people have two courses, or even three. My course was a dish of Chinese curry and rice. Some people can have a starter. A starter can be soup, or some light dish. The main dish is usually meat and vegetables. Then you can have a third course of some fruit or some pastries or cakes. Sometimes we call it a pudding. For dinner, at dinnertime, I usually have a small meal. Some people snack between meals. This means to eat some light food between meals.
