  2. OBJETIVO • LOGRAR UNA MAYOR Y MEJOR COMUNICACION EN 2013 PARTIENDO DE UNA TOMA DE CONCIENCIA DE QUE BUENA PARTE DE NUESTROS “PROBLEMAS “ SE DEBEN A FALLAS EN LA COMUNICACION ENTRE LOS DIFERENTES ACTORES DENTRO Y FUERA DE LA INSTITUCION

COMUNICACION • PROCESO, NO UNA ACCION SINO UN CONJUNTO DE ACCIONES EN LAS CUALES ESTAN COMPROMETIDOS POR LO MENOS DOS SERES VIVOS, QUE SE RELACIONAN Y MUTUAMENTE PRODUCEN MODIFICACIONES QUE SON PRODUCTO DE INTERACCIONES. • COMUNICACION HUMANA • INTERCAMBIO REALIZADO ENTRE DOS O MAS PERSONAS CON LA FINALIDAD DE TRASMITIR UN MENSAJE

PROCESO CARATERIZADO POR: • DOS O MAS EMISORES O RECEPTORES • ENTRE LOS QUE CIRCULAN MENSAJES • EN UNA SERIE DE IDAS Y VUELTAS • POR DIFERENTES CANALES O MEDIOS AL MISMO TIEMPO O SUCESIVAMENTE • QUE SIEMPRE SE INFLUYEN MUTUAMENTE • DENTRO DE UN CONTEXTO ESPACIAL,HISTORICO • DENTRO DE UN CONTEXTO CULTURAL • TODO ESTO GENERA UNA HISTORIA O NARRATIVA.

  5. TIPOS DE COMUNICACION INSTITUCIONAL SEGUN LOS SUJETOS INTERVINIENTES • VERTICAL- sujetos de diferente jerarquia • HORIZONTAL sujetos de igual jerarquia • TRANSVERSAL actotres internos y externos a la institucion. (Padres-docentes) • EXTERNA –con actores de fuera de la institucion (Prensa)

  6. TIPOS DE COMUNICACION • SEGUN LOS canales: • Formales circulares , reunión de padres, boletines de calificaciones • Informales conversaciones, rumores , bus

Comunicacion Vertical-formal • Solicitud de licencias propias y del Personal (articulo 71,etc) • Salidas didacticas (Circulares N` 550/01-608/03-621/03 requisitos del vehiculo-24/09 carne de salud. • Informes de visitas del Inspector de Zona • Informes como supervisor de Primer orden • Integracion de Comisiones de Fomento y Consejos de Participacion.

  8. Axiomas de la comunicacion humana (Paul watzlawick) • No es posible no comunicarse . • Los seres humanos nos comunicamos digital y analogicamente (que ocurre cuando no coinciden) “Doble mensaje”
