SUMMARY • Almost 60% of the work is now in the mid-scale and economy segments. • Over 75% of the projects are renovations of branded/ chain hotels. • Significant longer product lead times but significant shorter project schedules, on a slightly larger budget. • For 2011, we have less time to spend more money on items that take longer to ship. • And 80% of the ISHP members think business will be up in 2011. www.ishp.org 45
