Step 3: 2009年12月11日由4th 研討會建議BICAP 改為PBAN歡迎大家共襄盛舉 提出可行性、誘因、實施方式、起始及組織之後續工作進程。 BICAP to PBAN 2009 Dec. 11, NSYU, Fesibility Incentives Practice Start point Organization and nominate the coordinator for each task session. Step 4: 在中國生物學會理監事會提案成為工作群 (不另組學會---節能又可行) To propose the idea in the governing board of Biological Society of ROC become as a working group under its infrastructure. (For saving energy and make it possible) 在動物行為生態研討會聯合會張貼海報 (廣為宣傳 招攬同好) To announce the idea in the Symposium of Animal Behavior and Ecology associated with the annual meeting of Biological Society. (Broadcasting and recruiting) Ｓｔｅｐｗｉｓｅ

  8. PBAN構想的好處 • 除了不必另組學會可以節能之外，還有什麼好處? • 專業人才的介紹諮詢 • 聲音資料庫共享 • 技術服務包刮軟硬體及分析技術 • 設備及儀器共享 • 聲學應用研究之支援 • 透過其他聯結提供相關資訊 (未來與 BioNET 及WIKI-pedia 建立生物聲學專門學術網絡)

What incentive we will offering? • Budget application institution via BSC and 3C university MOU. • Professional man-power introduction (To play as a vector or broker). • Bioacoustics Data Base information provider. (The contract or agreement to both data provider and user will be conducted for trading-off. ) • Techniques Assistance. (Information technicians; hard-ware application) • Facility supply and operating service. (soft-ware application; experimental design)

Professional man-power (all of interested identity will be introduced in the data base of PBAN and inviting writer to introduce the highlight performance of some members ) Bioacoustics Data Base ( Like as such existed ones, Dr. SD Tsai (crickets) and Dr. YZ Yang (frogs ). And much more groups of organisms will be added.) Techniques Assistance (Dr. Roan SJ (NTUST)) Facility supply( like as Dr. HY Yen’s installation; Dr. JT Yang’s sound proof chambers; Dr. HK Mok’s hydrophones are welcome to use whenever necessary. ) Application (Music therapy; Insect sound therapy; indicator for biodiversity investigation) Linkage (BioNET for information; Tree of life link for acoustic organisms; WIKI-pedia creat sound-pedia in the future). Now is the future---take advantages from the network P-BAN
