  2. 2009-2010 Summary • Funds raised Dec 2009: $530,000 • Funds wired to India in 2009: $535,000 • Funds wired year-to-date 2010: $226,000 • Children sponsored in 2009: 1466 • Target for 2010: 1700 children

  3. Focus for 2010 • IT Infrastructure • Website – fix/improve current website • Establish donor CRM tracking system • Work with Jani for IT • Stabilize/consolidate donor base • Monthly donor follow-up • failed transactions, newsletters, etc. • Increase donor base by 15% for 2010

  4. Accomplishments • Increased awareness of CFC in AOLF and non-AOLF communities • Grants team established • Donor outreach team established • Volunteer-base improved
