  6. Local Faculty Group Proceedings: • 3 times a year • Agendas and minutes • Report to Local Academic Board and School • Record progression of all • Manage progression of TiDs • Summarise supervisors’ feedback • Review trainee’s experience

  7. RCS Tutors • Joint Trust & RCS appointment • Link between Trust Management and KSS School of Surgery • Local Programme Director for ISCP • Develop and manage educational posts within Trust • Develop formal teaching opportunities

  8. Role of Educational Supervisors • Named ES for each Trainee • Set goals and direct your training • Regular Meetings - minimum 3 per placement • Assess competencies • Educational Appraisal and evidence for ARCP • Support Trainee • Career Guidance • Develop a strong relationship with your’s
