Mission Statement • Business Objectives • Assess current salary review process and make recommendations for a secure web based interface to this process. • Capture GPC worldwide salaried employees data and make assessable to appropriate workgroup supervisors and managers for review • Develop a system that is user friendly and can be accessed via the company Intranet from individual desktops of managers.

Mission Statement • Critical Success Factors • Extract data into system from Cerdian in a thorough, straight forward manner • Security for access and distribution of data for each manager must be based on responsibility code • Managers to have read access for historical and guideline data and write access for input of data • Version control to ensure data integrity of input data

Mission Statement • Outputs from web application: • Standard web based reports (Merit Review Analysis in two formats, Merit Metrics by responsibility code in two formats, Summary Report • Ability to export web reports to Excel • Ability to create ad hoc reports by accessing the database backend by super-users.
