  6. Pros to using the Survey Database • Surveys can be used with Students, Employers and Faculty user types • Options to integrate results into Student, Employer, and Faculty activity • Largely customizable • Copy existing surveys to maintain consistency across terms

Getting Started: Build your own survey • Choose from over 20 question types, including: • Four kinds of matrix questions • Ranking questions • Drop-down lists • Open-ended text boxes • Checkboxes, and more! • Page properties • Add a page title and page introduction • Limit the number of questions per page (Recommended)

  8. Survey Options • Completion Action • Desired action that should occur when a user completes the survey • Completion Message • Completion URL • Redirect after completion • URL for Cancel button
