By 2009, MSUCOM will be located in three sites, the oldest of which is in East Lansing. East Lansing MSUCOM Macomb University Center Detroit Medical Center
The College of Osteopathic Medicine has been part of Michigan State University since 1969 and located on its campus since 1971.
The 5000-acre MSU campus is a nationally recognized arboretum-park.

MSUCOM’s home is Fee Hall, west of Hagadorn between Grand River and Mt. Hope Roads on the southeast corner of main campus.
More than 3,500 alumni have walked through these doors for the preclinical portion of their osteopathic education.
They take their third and fourth years of clinical education in 27 Statewide Campus System Hospitals.
