  3. For example, if you own a Toshiba laptop and you forget your admin key, you must freak out as you can't get into your computer. You can try reinstalling windows but that will erase your data.   4. Using Windows password reset disk can serve this purpose too. To do that follow below-mentioned instructions.

  5. 1- Before resetting your system's key we need to create a Windows password reset disk. • 2- Find a computer with internet enabled on it. Download Password Recovery program and save it to an accessible computer.

  6. 3- After downloading launch the program and click on Windows reset. • 4- When you run this program you will see there are two options to create a password reset disk, you can choose either a USB drive, the other is DVD/CD to create a Windows password reset disk. USB drives are easy to available and easy to convert to a portable disk so we recommend using a USB drive.

  7. 5- Now it's time to put the password reset drive/disk into your locked system. • 6- Turn on your computer after placing reset disk into your locked system and when the Toshiba logo comes on your screen, start pressing (F2 or F12 (depends on your model) to get into the boot menu.

  8. 7-After getting into boot menu, select your desired drive/disk.

  9. 8-System will start loading the selected drive/disk. After loading select the admin user whose password you forgot and click on Reset Password button to remove/reset that key.
