Bring your own team or be connected with one • $5,000 Grand Prize for Hole-in-One on Hole # 4 • 50/50 Chance on Hole # 8 • Green Fees, Golf Cart Fees, Gimmicks and Goody Bag • Cook-out after play at the Clubhouse • Award Ceremony , Acknowledgements, and Door Prizes following tournament at the Clubhouse Patio 100% of the tournament’s net proceeds will go to Susan G.
