  1. Mixing Service Bring your mixing problems and ideas to us and we will see if it can be done! The following presentation will demonstrate how it works.

  2. Fast and effective The SpeedMixer™ works exclusively through the use of centrifugal force. This allows the homogeneous and reduction of air envelopment, creating visibly bubble-free mixing of various materials within a very short time and with minimal effort. The mixing can be done directly in the packaging using disposable cups. No additional mixing tool is required.

  3. How does it work? Mixing with the SpeedMixer™ by Hauschild is based on the dual rotation of the mixing cup. The motor rotates the base plate of the mixing unit at up to 3.500rpm clockwise while the basket is spun at up to approx. 900rpm counter-clockwise. Thus the name – Dual Asymmetric Centrifuge (DAC).

  4. Example: Formulation of a sealing compound with a colour pigment and pearlescent pigments

  5. Colouring a sealing compound with colour pigments Mission Possible

  6. Advantages: • Closed system • Fast product change because no clean-up • Simple handling • Low noise and safely • Less required space • No contamination • Bubble–free mixing results

  7. Examples of use - Silicones, polyurethanes, polysulfide, epoxy resin - Fats, oils, emulsions - Printing inks, varnishes, powder coatings, master batches - Pharmaceutical and cosmetically products, salves etc. - Adhesives of every description
