XIII All-Russian Forum «Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia» ABOUT THE FORUM The Forum is held annually since 2002 and has already firmly and justifiably gained the right to be regarded as the main platform for discussion of methods and tools of strategic planning, as well as constructive analysis on the most important and sensitive problems of strategic plans and complex projects implementation in urban development of Russian Federation.

The proposed initiative East-West Window PLUS aims at improving territorial cohesion of the Baltic Sea Region (BSR) by tackling East-West and Rural-Urban divides through better connecting and sharing existing resources and potentials of urban and rural areas encouraging sustainable growth and improving the quality of life within the Region.
