CAT A • Category A: LONG TERM CATEGORY A • One three hour assessment comprising three sections. • Candidates may elect to write any combination of sections within this assessment, in order to fulfill their personal outstanding credit requirement. • The assessment will consist of: • Section 1 – Law (10 credits) • Section 2 – Ethics and Customer Care (10 credits) • Section 3 – Insurance Product and Finance (12 credits)

CAT B Assessment 1 • Category B • Assessment 1: SHORT TERM PERSONAL LINES, LONG TERM CATEGORY B • Candidates may elect to write any combination of sections within this assessment, in order to fulfill their personal outstanding credit requirement. • Candidates must not answer more than three questions. • The assessment will consist of: • Section 1 – Question 1 – Law and Ethics (10 credits) • Section 2 – Question 2 – General Cluster (10 credits) • Section 3 – Candidates may select to answer full questions from • the two electives below i.e. the whole of 3 and/or 4: • Question – 3 – Short Term Personal Lines (12 credits) • and/or • Question – 4 – Long Term Category B (12 credits)

CAT B Assessment 2 • Category B • Assessment 2: SHORT TERM COMMERCIAL LINES • Candidates may elect to write any combination of sections within this assessment, in order to fulfill their personal outstanding credit requirement. • Candidates must not answer more than three questions. • The assessment will consist of: • Section 1 – Question 1 – Law and Ethics (11 credits) • Section 2 – Question 2 – Commercial Underwriting (10 credits) • Section 3 – Candidates may select to answer full questions from • the four electives below i.e. the whole of 3 and/or 4 etc.: • Question – 3 – General Business Insurance (10 credits) • and/or • Question – 4 – Agriculture (11 credits) • and/or • Question – 5 – Marine and Transportation (9 credits) • and/or • Question – 6 – Aviation (11 credits)

CAT C • Category C • LONG TERM: PENSION, RETAIL PENSION BENEFITS, • COLLECTIVE INVESTMENTS, HEALTH. • One three hour assessment comprising 3 sections. • Candidates may elect to write any combination of sections within this assessment, in order to fulfill their personal outstanding credit requirement. • Students must not answer more than three questions. • The assessment will consist of: • Section 1 – Question 1 – Law and Ethics (10 credits) • Section 2 – Question 2 – Risk Assessment (10 credits) • Section 3 – Candidates may select to answer full • questions from the five electives below i.e. • the whole of 3 and/or 4 etc.: • Question – 3 – Long term Category C (10 credits) • and/or • Question – 4 – Pension Fund Benefits (10 credits) • and/or • Question – 5 – Health Fund Benefits (10 credits) • and/or • Question – 6 – Retail Pension Benefits (10 credits) • and/or • Question – 7 – Collective Investments (10 credits)
