  1. 2014 MHS HOMECOMING SPIRIT WEEK September 29th – October 4th Monday, 9/29: “Mav Strong” -Only dress code exception: Students may wear camo shirt w/no collar and camo pants. Tuesday, 9/30: “Tacky Tourist Day” -Only dress code exception: Students may wear sun hat, fanny pack, and other embellishments to normal dress code. Wednesday, 10/1: “Denim and Diamonds” -Only dress code exception: Students may wear diamond jewelry and other embellishments to normal dress code. Thursday, 10/2: “Black and White Theme Day” -Only dress code exception: Students may wear black and white combination shirt w/no collar and black & white pattern pants. Friday, 10/3: “Rep Your Class Day” -Students may wear class colors. Freshman:Gray; Sophomores:White; Juniors:Blue; Seniors:Red Important Homecoming Dates: Wednesday, 10/1: Homecoming Parade in Pearland Town Center at 5:30p.m. Friday, 10/3: Homecoming Pep Rally at MHS, 7th period Friday, 10/3: Homecoming Football Game at Alvin Memorial Stadium at 7:00p.m. vs. South Houston High School Saturday, 10/4: Homecoming Dance at MHS cafeteria from 8:00p.m. – 11:00p.m. (see dress code guidelines and dance policy posted on MHS website under announcements)
