Technical Program • A four-day program consisting of one day of professional tutorials and three days of technical presentations in oral and poster formats. • Invite at least 3 Keynote Speakers. • Abstract and full paper submission, paper review, registration and accommodation booking will be entirely web based. • A technical program committee consisting of well qualified IEEE members and experts in Region 10 will handle the paper review.

Registration • A flat registration fee will be charged which entitles the delegate to technical sessions, banquet, daily lunches and tea-breaks, and a CD-ROM copy of the proceedings. • The fee will be no higher than the average fee charged by IEEE conferences. • To encourage student participation, there will be a student rate except banquet and lunches.

23. Summary • TENCON 2013 is starting to prepare for organizing by IEEE Xi’an Section. • Any helpful suggestions are welcomed. • TENCON 2013 will be well organized with high quality and enjoyable for all attendees to share the technical exchange and cultural understanding.
