National Wetlands Inventory – Region 1/8 Region 1/8 NWI Strategy • GOAL 3: Identifying and Assessing Threats to Aquatic Habitats at Risk • Region 1 will intensify program efforts to expand and improve the electronic availability of resource information, and more rapidly distribute wetland and aquatic habitat information. • - Expand the capability of the Inventory to integrate digital map data with other resource information to produce timely and relevant management and decision support tools.
