  2. BOY AND THE APPLE TREE

  3. Long ago there was a big apple tree

  4. The tree loved a little boy very much. The boy loved to come there and play around it everyday.

  5. He climbed the treetop

  6. Ate the apples

  7. Take a nap under the shadow

  8. He loved the tree so the tree was happy

  9. Time went by…The tree said come and play around me

  10. The boy said ”I am no longer a kid, I don’t play around the tree. I want toys. I need money to but toys

  11. Tree replied ”Sorry, I don’t have money but you can collect my apples and sell them. So you will have money. The boy was so excited. He gathered all the apples from tree and left the tree. The tree was happy.

  12. The boy never came back after picking up apples. The tree was very sad.

  13. One day the boy who turned into a man returned and the tree was excited “Come and play around me ”Said the tree.

  14. I have no time to play. I have to work for my family. We need a house for shelter. Can you help me??

  15. Tree said ’”Sorry, I don’t have any house but you can chop off my branches to build house.”

  16. So the man cut off all the branches of the tree and left away.

  17. The tree was glad to see him happy but the man never came back since this. Again the tree was lonely and very sad.

  18. One hot summer day the man returned and the tree was delighted, ”Come and play around me” The tree said

  19. “I am getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?? ”said the man.

  20. “Use my trunk to build your boat. ”The tree said. ”You can sail far away and be happy”

  21. So the man cut the trunk to make a boat. He went for sailing and never came back.

  22. Finally the man returned after many years, ”Sorry, my boy, but I do not have anything for you any more.. No more apples for you ”The tree said .”No problem, I don’t have teeth to bite.” The man replied.

  23. “No more trunk for you to climb on. ”The tree said. :I am too old for that now.” said the man

  24. “I can’t give you anything….only left are my dying roots” said the tree .”I don’t need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired. ”said the man.

  25. “Good!! Old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest. Come, sit down with me and rest.”

  26. The man sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears….

  27. Everybody has an apple tree in his life. And its your Parents  !!!

  28. No matter how busy you are, spare some time with your parents….
