2. Verse One: Last night I counted candy corns; I counted twenty-three. I couldn’t wait to eat each one – tasty snack they’d be. So excited was I that I left the jar agape, and all my little candy corns decided to escape!

4. Verse Two: Running were the candy corns – one through twenty-three. I don’t think they want to be a tasty snack for me. I worked up quite an appetite. I chased them down the hall. “Now I’m gonna eat you – eat you one and eat you all!”

5. Chorus: “Naughty little candy corns, You are very mean! Don’t you know you’re on the menu When it’s halloween?”

6. Verse Three: “Come back little candy corns; I want all twenty-three. I promise not to eat you – though a tasty snack you’d be.” This time when I catch them, I’ll twist the lid on tight. No more little candy corns will venture out tonight!
