  2. Tour Arrangements DAY 1 Wednesday 06th February • 07.30 Meet at school for light breakfast and check in. • 8.30 Leave PPPS by coach for Heathrow • 13.00 FI451 Flight for Iceland (3 hours) • 16.00 Arrive into Keflavik International Airport • Blue Lagoon Visit • 20.00 Dinner

  3. NIGHT 1 Hotel Hafnafjordur is located in the beautiful harbour town. In-room facilities: Hairdryer, TV, Telephone, Internet connection

  4. Tour Arrangements DAY 2 Thursday 07th February Breakfast from 08:00 (collect packed lunch) depart at 09:00. Hydrogen Filling Station, Reykjavik Hellisheidi Geothermal Power Station with guided Tour Eyjafjallajokull flood plain Seljalandsfoss Stori-Dimon Volcano SkogafossWaterfalls

  5. NIGHT 2 Hotel Höfðabrekka G 871 Vík This countryside hotel offers spacious guest rooms in the beautiful surroundings of mountains, black sand beach and the Mýrdalsjökull Glacier.   7. NIGHT 3 Farm Vatnsholt, Vatnsholti Vatnsholt is a beautiful working farmstead that has recently been completely renovated. Northern Lights Opportunity here Free Wifi Games Room Hot tub

  8. DAY 4 Saturday 9th February Breakfast from 08:00 (collect packed lunch) then depart at 09:00. Gullfoss Geysers and hot springs Kerid- A dramatic volcanic crater lake Irafoss Station- Guided tour to learn how hydro-electricity is made Thingvellir National Park

  9. NIGHT 4 Hotel Viking - Strandgotu 55 + 50a, 220 Hafnarfjordur Hotel Viking is a different and fun property located in the center of the beautiful coastal town of Hafnarfjördur offering views of the sea. Hotel Viking it is also known as Viking Village. Viking Style Feast Tonight!

  10. DAY 5 Sunday 10th February Breakfast from 08:00 (collect packed lunch) then depart at 09:00. Reykjavik Sightseeing - visit the old port, central lake (Tjornin) Hallgrimskirkja Church and the top of the observation tower Perlan Transfer Back to LHR, PPPS and PPC @ PPC 21.30

  11. Kit to wear for travelling Warm Casual clothing Comfortable shoes Kit to Bring in Rucksack Empty water bottle Swimwear and towel in plastic bag Book to read Camera PSP’s, ipods etc are permissible (but they are the pupil’s responsibility) No mobile phones

  12. Kit to Bring in Packed luggage Remember you will need to pack and move to a different hotel for each of the four nights. Waterproof trousers Warm waterproof coat (skiing type of clothing) Gloves x 2, hat and scarf Warm clothing that can be layered long sleeve tops/ sweaters/ jumpers Underwear x 4 Warm socks, at least 5 pairs Nightwear. Ziploc bags (sandwiches type) for cameras etc Sturdy shoes Spare trousers/leggings Skirt and jeans for evening/indoors only Toiletries.

  13. POCKET MONEY All excursions/ food etc is paid for No more than £5.00 to buy drinks at Heathrow No More than 60 Icelandic Krona @ £30. Will exchange in bulk and bill to the children.
