Graduate School Support Lists available include: • McNair • GRE • Council of Undergraduate Researchers • Lists from Texas Public Universities • Prospects from general recruiting efforts
Graduate School Support • Offer monthly GRE/GMAT free practice tests for prospective students • Offer monthly information sessions and lunch & learns to provide more details on application and program requirements • Offer weekly graduate level tours on Mondays at 1 p.m. conducted by our graduate assistants • Provide general outreach to Texas Universities and business and industry to recruit graduate students • Provide extensive follow-up to interested students. Can develop a specific communication plan for your program. • Oversee Graduate School website to promote and market your programs

Other Recruitment Support • Be a mentor! Participate in undergraduate research programs on-campus • Target UTSA diverse juniors, seniors and master’s level students • Work with your colleagues across the nation to develop a pipeline in your area • Promote the benefits and features of your programs on your program/Graduate School website- Get the word out! Follow-Up Activities • Encourage prospects and new admits to come for a visit- Sponsor a graduate program preview day • Follow-up with the excellent prospects you receive through email, phone and mail if possible • Reach out to your new admits to discuss the benefits, financial aid opportunities and career options to entice them to choose UTSA for their degree
