  2. Meditation may be difficult but there’s no doubt about the fact that it is a life-transforming exercise. It helps you relax, enhances your knowledge of the world, and helps develop your potential. With meditation, you can gradually let go of the all negative thoughts in your head.

  3. Meditation is a practice that more and more people are opting for; it is a good habit to have. If you are also considering meditating every day but do not know how or where to start, here are some tips to help you:

  4. Start Short You do not need to start meditating for half-hour or more. As a beginner, do it for 3-5 minutes daily. For this, you can set an alarm. Or, do it for as long as you feel comfortable.

  5. Choose a Convenient Time Decide on a time at which you will meditate daily, and stick to it. Meditation is all about discipline.

  6. Sit in a Comfortable Position Cross your legs, keep your back straight, stretch your hands to your knees, and relax. Make your body comfortable in that posture. Use a mat to sit on, for better padded support.

  7. Choose a Place Away from Noise and pollution To be able to concentrate better, you need to sit in a place where there is no noise or pollution. These can often be a hindrance in meditation.

  8. Keep a Smile on Your Face Train your body to be comfortable in the required position for meditation. Keeping a smile on your face will help you get the rid of negative thoughts and draw all the positive vibes around you.
