1. Real Estate Cash Club How to Set-up a Coupon

2. Welcome • This tutorial will take you through the steps to set-up (or edit) your Local listing coupon(s).

3. Local Coupons • 1 – Go to the Local Listing Menu • Make sure you are signed in. • Go to My Local Listing.

4. Local Coupons • 1 – Go to the Local Listing Menu (cont) • Click Coupons from the Local Listing Menu.

5. Local Coupons • 2 – Complete the Set-up Process • Enter the fields related to your sale or coupon. Anything in bold is required. Like the listing set-up, you can come back to your coupons after you create them and edit or update any of the fields

6. Local Coupons • 2 – Complete the Set-up Process (cont) • Give your coupon a name. • If you’d like to assign a special code to this coupon, you may, but it’s not required.

7. Local Coupons • 2 – Complete the Set-up Process (cont) • Describe the deal, special or sale that you are promoting with this coupon. • Add an image that shows or is related to the coupon item. This is optional.

8. Local Coupons • 2 – Complete the Set-up Process (cont) • You can set a date range for this coupon to appear or you can leave it up as an on-going coupon. • If you set an expiration date.The coupon will automaticallybe removed from your listingafter the expiration date.

9. Local Coupons • 2 – Complete the Set-up Process (cont) • You can use the notes field to add any additional information about this special or others. This is optional. • If there are any restrictions or disclaimers, use the disclaimer section to note those.

10. Local Coupons • 2 – Complete the Set-up Process (cont) • Once you complete the fields applicable to your coupon, click “Preview” to verify the information appears as you intended. • When you are satisfied, click “Save”
