  1. April, May , June 2013 Important Changes with Our State! State Legislators approved House Bill 916 in 2011. This bill approved the expansion of the waiver across NC. What changes with Waiver? • Case Management will no longer be a service. • Care Coordination will increase and will help people access services. • MCO will issue authorizations for Medicaid services. • CAP-I/DD ends and NC Innovations begins.
