Leadership; determining roadmap through year 4 of initiative • Adjusting based on “More & Better OST” outcomes • Support to staff on the ground at sites via OST coaches (Jamaal, Nicole) • Making org. goals SMART and specific to site (partnerships, program practice/quality, adult interpersonal skill development) • Aligning practice with the school day • Continuous Improvement in program practice • RAND and BASB data collection activities
