NEA360 is a comprehensive platform that captures data from multiple sources to create a full profile of members and targeted audiences. It enables efficient tracking and impact assessment, facilitates data aggregation, and applies state-of-the-art business intelligence tools for informed decision-making. The platform also ensures streamlined and secure transaction management for the Association.

NEA360 Goals • Ability to capture data from multiple and disparate sources at a scalable level on members, prospective members, and targeted audiences creating a full profile of these individuals and the ability to track and impact their engagement in the Association. • Ability to aggregate this member and public, individual-level information and apply state of the art business intelligence tools to guide decision making, strategy, modeling and segmentation. • Have a streamlined, secure and accurate system to capture and track the transaction information necessary to manage the business affairs of the Association. • Do no harm and enhance Independent Processing states.

13 UA Program Overview: Six Developmental Sites Developmental Sites serve as an important learning community • All technology and adoption activities will be tested with the Developmental Sites first. • Developmental Sites will interact regularly with each other and the NEA360 Operations Team to capture measurable business results and share lessons learned and best practices. • Feedback provided by Developmental Sites will be used to refine the approach before implementation to the other Affiliates; thereby, reducing risk, eliminating missteps and lowering overall NEA360 costs.
