  2. NinhBinh City is located in northern Vietnam, a 2-hour drive south of Hanoi. 寧平市 位於越南北部，距離河內之南 2 小時車程。

  3. Bich Dong Pagoda is located in the southwest suburb of NinhBinh City. 碧洞古寺位於寧平市西南郊區。

  4. When traveling to NinhBinh City, you will definitely come to Bich Dong Pagoda(ChùaBíchĐộng). 到寧平市旅遊，必定會來碧峝 (洞) 寺。

  7. "Bich Dong Pagoda", also known as "Bich Dong Ancient Temple", was built in the 10th century AD. 「碧峝寺」又被稱為「碧洞古廟」，興建於西元 10 世紀。 # (峝和洞 同音義)

  8. The temples are built according to the mountain and are divided into three levels: upper, middle and lower. Each level is a Chinese-style temple, collectively called the Bich Dong Pagoda. 廟宇依山而建，分為上、中、下 3 層，每層都是中國式寺廟，統稱為 碧峝寺。

  9. All these temples are not large in scale and do not have splendid buildings, but there are no shortage of worshipers. 所有這些寺廟規模都不大，沒有金碧輝煌的建築，但卻不乏信眾香火。

  16. Climbing up the 'lower temple' are some stupas dedicated to Vietnamese eminent monks. 從下廟拾級而上是一些舍利塔，供奉著越南高僧。

  17. The route to visit Bich Dong Pagoda is not long, but you need to climb some stone steps, so remember to wear light shoes. 參觀碧洞古寺路線不長，但需要爬一些石階，所以記得要穿輕便鞋子。

  30. The Thuong Pagoda(Upper Temple) is the smallest in scale and the simplest in architecture. It worships Guanyin Bodhisattva. 上廟規模最小，建築也最單純，奉祀觀音菩薩。

  32. The words "Mount Wutai" are engraved on the back of the Upper Temple. It is speculated that Bich Dong Pagoda is related to Mount Wutai in China. 上廟後方 刻有「五臺山」字樣，推測 碧峝寺 與中國 五台山 應該有淵源。
