Warriors Serve Up a Cure –Pediatric Cancer Charity Wednesday, April 10th “Warriors Serve up a Cure” Tournament • Shift: 6:00pm – 9:00 pm • 3-4 volunteers are needed to help the event run smoothly • Participate as a team (minimum of 6 people per team, $60 per team) PLEASE SEE ME IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MEETING IF INTERESTED

  3. Fry Elementary Spring Fling - Thursday April 11th • Help manage tickets, food, or games • Shifts are available from 5:45-7:15 or 7:00-8:30 • Online Sign up: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70A0A45A8AA29AB9-spring

  4. Naperville Park District Earth Day—Saturday April 20th • Shift: 8:00-12:00 • Location: Various locations throughout Naperville • Help pick up trash and different places in the community!

  5. Kiwanis Pancake Festival - Saturday, April 27th • Location: Naperville Central High School • Shift: 7:00am - 1:00pm • 2,500-3,000 people are served during this event, so we need as much help as we can get! • If you are interested, please write on a notecard: Your name and your friend’s name (2-3 people) and availability

  6. March of Dimes - March for BabiesSunday, April 28th • The funds raised from “March for Babies” support programs in local communities in helping moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies • Time: 6:00am—1:00pm (Shifts are 2-3 hours each) • If you are interested, please grab a form and bring it next week!

  7. Board Members for the 2013-2013 school year • Do you want to become more involved in Key Club? • Do you want to take on a leadership role? • Do you want to help your resume for college? • Grab an application, fill it out, and turn it in on April 18th. Speeches will be on April 25th. • No experience needed. If you have any questions, feel free to talk to any of the board members!

  8. Board Member Positions • President – Contact volunteer coordinators, plan events, create PowerPoint slides, run weekly meetings, and oversee other board members • Vice President – Assist and back-up for the President in all activities • Secretary - Keeps track of hours and weekly attendance • Public Relations - Updates the Key Club website and creates slides/posters for upcoming events

  9. Relay for Life at Naperville North – Saturday, June 22nd • This event is open to EVERYONE • The cost is $10 per person • Look for the Facebook group “Walker’s Walkers” • We’ll have more information coming soon!
