    10. Leadership during Ghaibat Imam Reza (as): No nation is without a leader and survival of a society is with a leader so that through his command taxes are collected and disbursed, people fight the enemies of God with his orders

    11. Leadership he would organize the people and protect them against disunity. If a society is without such a leader, it will disintegrate, and the laws of Allah and orders of His Prophet (s) will be altered.
