  2. The chief aims of information explanatory activity To produce the positive image of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and its Regional Branches To raise constantly the level of population’s knowledge of pension reform modernization

  3. Information explanatory activityof the Fund is based on the followingprevailing themes: • Pension indexation and raise; • Amendments to retirement provision legislation; • Distribution of notifications, containing information on a personal account state to an insured person; • Additional contributions to the funded part of labour pension and state-financing backing of pension accumulations; • Option ofthe investment company or non-state pension fund to govern the funded part of pension; • Business social responsibility: settlement of debts towards the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation; • Extra social benefitspaid out of the federal budget to provide social assistance to population; • Maternal (family) funds, assigned to rising birth rate and influencing positively population policy in our country;

  4. Complex information explanatory activityof the Fund includes: • monitoringand analytics of federal and regional Mass Media; • creation and advertisingof TV and broadcast commercial : • «onsending notifications to an insured person with information on his personal account state» • «onalternative of social services» • «on use offree pass incommuter trains» • «on choice of managing company» • «on maternal (family) funds»

  5. advertising of information materialsin federal and regional Mass Mediaand news agencies (more than 200 periodicals); • organization of special events (press-conferences, briefings, press- tours, interviews and etc.); • publishing and printing activity: • booklets • posters

  6. rendering services on printed material distribution; • the Pension Fund’s web-site administration, including the English version (e-page), containing information on current revisions in pension legislation of Russia (this issue is under study now).

Mobile Client Service Efficiency • It raises the level of client service due to the complex approach to the use of technical means and exclusion of the necessity to address to the stationary office. • It reduces the period of pension settlement and its calculation and monthly pension payment. • It reduces the flows of clients, addressing to the office for consultations.
