Business Networking Event • The Challenge • The client needed a full event production and marketing package for a business networking event in a art gallery. • The Solution • We design attractive event flyers for the event , created promotional event website ,made a radio and video advertisement spots, distributed 5,000 flyers, sent a press release to local media outlets, sent out over 5000 email and SMS texts to potential attendees 4 times before the event. On the day of the event we printed out attendee list to check people in, made name badges. After the event we sent out a survey to all the attendees. • The Out Come • The event was a huge success with a packed house.
