Lessons Learned In a required, multi-section foundation level course: • Course objectives drive the use of technology • Trust your instincts, but take risks • Encourage innovation by individuals • Controlled piloting prior to full scale roll-out “Know when to fold ‘em and when to hold ‘em!”
