  3. HOW TO MAKE APPRENTICESHIPS WORK FOR YOU NOW • Nationally only 13% local Government Workforce is under 30 • City of Lincoln Council – almost 26% under 30 • Overall over 50% of all apprentices ever trained still work for CoLC • In the last 5 years 84% remain working in the public sector
