Reports: County Health Status Profiles Published annually since 1993 for Public Health Week EDRS implementation in 2005 to present initially delayed the final Death Statistical Master File 2005 Statistical File released – July 3, 2007 (18 mo.) 2006 Statistical File released – May 2, 2008 (16 mo.) 2007 Statistical File released – January 28, 2009 (13 mo.) 2008 Statistical File released – January 27, 2010 (13 mo.) Response to Less … Continue to focus on customer service Focus upstream on registration, amendments, and edits to improve business process Focus on performance metrics to maintain focus for staff and managers Celebrate the successes Embrace ingenuity and creativity to solve problems and move past “the ways we have always done it”
