  2. Acts 2.42 And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.

  3. 1 John 1.3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.

  4. 2 Corinthians 13.14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen. (Philippians 2.1)

  5. Fellowship Literally means: To share in common

  6. Fellowship Describes our relationship with: God the Father Jesus Christ the Son The Holy Spirit The Apostles And other Christians

  7. Fellowship with God1 Cor. 1.9 God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

  8. John 17.20 "I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; Fellowship with God

  9. John 17.21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. Fellowship with God

  10. Fellowship with God Requires being in His Son

  11. Galatians 3.27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Romans 6.3-4 3 Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

  13. 1 Corinthians 3.16 Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

  14. 1 Corinthians 10.16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ?

  15. Fellowship with God Requires being in His Son Staying in His Son

  16. 1 John 1.6-7 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. {7} But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

  17. John 15.4 "Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

  18. John 15.10 "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and abide in His love.

  19. Fellowship with God Requires being in His Son Staying in His Son Sharing in the sufferings of His Son

  20. Philippians 3.10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,

  21. Matthew 16.24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.

  33. This Fellowship is NOT Fellowship in the sense that some use it today

  34. 1 Corinthians 11.22 What! Do you not have houses to eat and drink in? Or do you despise the church of God and shame those who have nothing? What shall I say to you? Shall I praise you in this? I do not praise you.

  36. 1 John 1.3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ.
