XYZ PROJECT • RPO with Manpower has been signed for setting up the F&A Vertical in Hyderabad. • Looking at closing 19 positions for Agents along with 5 Team Leaders and 1 Manager. • The process to be hired will be Accounts Payable. • Providing the client with JDs and other related materials. • Tentative on boarding month: June 2012. • Tentative Interview date: 10th. April, 2012.

Project Plan… Initial Stage: The time period which is being invested to spread awareness in the market about the hiring, preparation of JDs, Questionnaires, etc. Candidate Prescreening Stage: The time period where we will be aggressively sourcing candidate and attracting them to apply from Portals, Head hunting, Referencing and other recruitment sources. Hiring Stage: The time period where we will be administering the entire Interview Procedure along with Diebold HR and Ops Team. The follow up and co-ordination will be solely Manpower`s responsibility. Post Recruitment Stage: The time Period where Manpower will be collecting the Documents from the selected candidates, doing the BGC, keeping them warm and administering the Joining and Induction formalities.

The Chart shows the Target Companies in Hyderabad, where a readymade talent is available in terms of: • Skill Set • Educational background • Corporate exposure,etc. Talent Pool Availability • The Pie Chart depicts the degree of importance which we are focusing while we screen candidates which will be in terms of: • Process Knowledge. • Communication Skills. • Salary expectations. • Exposure in Client Handling. • Cultural fitment.
