  2. Overview Spread The Warmth is the Age UK flagship winter campaign aimed at keeping older people warm and well.

  3. What did we do with the software? • As part of the ‘Warm Homes’ strand of STW we set up an ‘email your MP’ action using Engaging Networks. • We reached around 300,000 and gained 350 signups.

  7. What Went Well • Our ability to alter content for our different social channels based on our audiences. • All of our social channels cater to different audiences so it was important to get the tone voice channel appropriate.

  9. Improvements? • We generated a huge amount of reach during the two month campaign but we need to work on converting that reach into more specific engagement with us. • Whilst we grew our social audience. Our goal for the next campaign is to convert our social audience to offline actions.
