Peter Bertling – Founding Partner of Bertling & Clausen, L.L.P • Founded the company in August 2000 • Served as a trial and appellate attorney • Highly specialized in medical malpractice, medical board, and medical staff matters • Represents governmental agencies and private health care providers in civil rights actions • Includes class action for injunctive relief regarding violation of a prisoner’s access to adequate medical and mental health treatment pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983

Peter Bertling – Ready to open Bertling Law Group • Bertling Law Group will be opened by Peter Bertling on January 1, 2018 • PeterWill be representing veterans in actions based on military malpractice and neglect as well as victims of sexual abuse, assault, and harassment. • Jemma Saunders, a full-time associate who is specialized in employment law, will be part of the team. • Cyndi Sierra will be joining Bertling Law Group as firm’s paralegal • Will be taking business cases on a contingency fee basis • Recently won a $1,500,000 settlement for a client in a wrongful eviction and breach of contract action.
