You can make a very healthy recipe by using the pumpkin seeds. All you need to do it roast it by adding some flavors and it will get ready. These seeds are composed of two things, one of the olive greens color kernel or pepita and the outer cream shell. As both these are edible you need not do a lot for roasting the pumpkin seeds.

The following procedure must be followed for roasting the pumpkin seeds:- Remove seeds First of all, remove the pulp inside by using the large spoon or ice cream scoop, stringy fibers, and entangled raw seeds from the pumpkin. The seeds of the carving pumpkins and pie pumpkins are edible. The yield which you will get is totally based on the pumpkin. A 3 round pumpkin is used for the recipe of the roasted pumpkin.  Wash and dry seeds  The seeds should be put in the container and then you have to wash it properly for letting go of the pulp. It is okay if some flesh is left. Then you have to dry the seeds by rubbing it in the towel. This will make the seeds crisp at the time of roasting. If there is any moisture left in the seeds, it will result in the prolonged time of cooking when the oven gets steamed up.

  4. Season the Seeds  Once the seeds will get dry, then this is the time to season it. Then you have to toss it with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. The seeds should be spread properly in the cookie sheet for making sure that it gets roasted evenly. Roast the pumpkin seeds Put the tray at 350F in the moderate heat oven. This will take around twenty to thirty minutes for roasting. Toss the seeds at the 10 minutes interval for ensuring the browning. When you will get the nutty aroma and then you will see it turning it golden brown, then take it out from the oven.  You can roast the pumpkin seeds very easily.
