Allulose: - This is a natural sweetener that is extracted from various grains and fruits such as wheat, jackfruit, figs, raisins, etc. According to experts consuming 1 gram of allulose leaves only 0.04 calories in the body. Honey: - Honey is a very common ingredient of every kitchen. It is easily available in the market and made by bees. After refining and purification, it went to the market. It is instant to use and tastes really well as compared to other substitutes of brown sugar.
