II. Prices and Payments • Prices vary depending on number of paying students: 45-49 = $790 40-44 = $805 35-39 = $846 30-34 = $901 25-29 = $956

Prices and Payments • Prices include hotel, breakfast and dinner each day, all attractions and events, bus transportation from SVMS to Quebec City and back, and insurances. • Prices do NOT include: lunches every day, breakfast and lunch on the first day of travel, lunch and dinner on the last day of travel, tips for guide and bus driver (approx. $4 CAD per day per student), spending money for souvenirs, gifts, etc.
II. Prices and Payments • Payments will be due in a maximum of 3 installments: Initial deposit: October 15- $200 (non-refundable) Payment 2: December 4 – (half of balance) Final Payment: February 3 – (remaining balance) A final decision must be made by FRIDAY OCTOBER 3.

IV. Spending Money • Students will be responsible for all lunches, breakfast on the first travel day & dinner on the last. • Visit Canada suggests $75-$100 CAD per student for food expenses • + Souvenirs / Gifts /Spending Money • Tips for tour guide and bus driver ($20 US will be collected BEFORE trip to cover tipping) • It is advised to exchange money to Canadian dollars before leaving (most banks require prior notice) • NO Traveler’s checks
V. Trip Cancellation and Liability Insurance • Travel Protection Plan is included in price of trip to cover payments and deposits when trip must be canceled due to covered reasons (sickness, injury, etc.) See Travel Insurance information at www.visitcanada.com • Insurance also covers expenses resulting from sickness or injury while on the trip.
Behavior Expectations • SVMS rules and expectations are still enforced in Canada. • Any student misbehaving/violating code of conduct at any time will be immediately sent home AT PARENTS EXPENSE. Cost of trip will not be reimbursed.
VI. Travel Documentation • Passports are NOT required for minors traveling by land with school groups. • ORIGINAL or CERTIFIED birth certificate OR Passport will be collected in school prior to trip. (Date TBA) • Medical Release & Acknowledgement Form (located in back of Visit Canada parent letter) must be completed and returned to school with birth certificate or passport.
