Presentation name : 00.00.00 : Page Why the Skill Acquisition Program? • In the development programs that FFA does not have direct control there is still too strong an emphasis on results at too young an age. • Therefore generally the biggest, strongest and fastest kids are being identified instead of the most talented ones.
